Dear Scott and everyone at Foursite,

Thank you so much for the opportunity to be a part of your 2008 line-up. Personally, there is nothing more I could have hoped for in a film festival. There were great films to watch, fellow filmmakers to meet, a chance to talk on the radio, and even an award to win! But the thing I enjoyed most was coming away from the festival feeling more inspired to keep on creating films than before I came.

I was impressed with every aspect of the festival. From the numerous flags and posters that lined the streets, to the beautiful theaters, to the exceptional promos and trailers – Foursite felt like a festival put together by an army of paid professionals. Not only did everything run smoothly and on time, but the atmosphere created was one of camaraderie and celebration. From Opening Night Reception to the very last party at Foursite headquarters, the events you hosted gave us all a chance to feel appreciated and honored, and to network with each other.

Scott, you run a tight ship and you assembled an excellent crew. “It’s all in good taste” is an understatement. Foursite was in great taste, and my foresight tells me this festival will be around for a very long time (excuse the cheese). Thank you for inspiring me to keep on making great films.
